My name is Isabella Conti — I’m a chef, a mother… and someone who believes food should feel like love.

Everything changed the day my daughter Sofia was diagnosed with celiac disease and prediabetes. I still remember that tight feeling in my chest — the fear, the uncertainty, the quiet worry about what her life would look like, and whether she would ever feel normal again.

I made a decision that day: to turn fear into action. I went back to the kitchen and started from scratch, creating gluten-free recipes that weren’t just safe — but comforting, delicious, and full of joy. What began as a necessity became a true passion.
